A drive-by shooting on a West Garfield Park stretch of Pulaski Road left two 28-year-old men wounded Sunday night, after a dark sedan rolled past their vehicle and someone inside opened fire on the 300-block of South Pulaski Road. Both men were rushed to Mount Sinai Hospital, where one was listed in critical condition and the other in fair condition.
According to ABC7 Chicago, the gunfire erupted at about 10:22 p.m. Police said both victims suffered multiple gunshot wounds. No one was in custody as Area Four detectives responded to the scene and began their investigation.

The same stretch of Pulaski has repeatedly appeared in police reports over recent months, with the 300-block and nearby corridors seeing several shootings and drive-by attacks. The Chicago Sun-Times has documented both fatal and nonfatal incidents along this corridor, a pattern residents say has left neighbors on edge.
