The afternoon includes a presentation by Margaret Cummins titled "Christmas at Balmoral," sharing her experiences from scullery maid to head housekeeper. According to the City of Janesville, Cummins will explore the staff’s perspective during a Victorian Christmas, including royal protocols and etiquette.
The City of Janesville announced that the Senior Center will hold a luncheon at 12:15 p.m. followed by a program at 1 p.m. on January 21 in the Riverview Room. Registration and payment of $15 for members and $20 for non-members are due by January 15. Attendees can register at the Senior Center or by calling (608) 755-3040.
