
Fort Lauderdale authorities are seeking information regarding a young individual involved in an incident of animal cruelty. According to a video released by the Fort Lauderdale Police Department and reported by NBC Miami, the event occurred on Sunday near the 300 block of Southwest 8th Avenue.
The child, whose identity has not been released, was recorded chasing and fatally harming the bird. The Fort Lauderdale Police Department is seeking assistance from the community, with its Animal Cruelty Unit leading the investigation. A $5,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to an arrest, according to Local 10.
