For those requiring specialized transportation services, DTPW has confirmed that while their administrative and Customer Service offices will be shut, the Special Transportation (STS) services remain accessible. STS customers, are, however likely to note that reservations or cancellations can only be made by dialing the reservation number (305-871-1111) on the day.
Embracing the digital age, DTPW reminds riders that the convenience of online platforms for transit needs remains uninterrupted. The Transit Store and a range of apps including GO Miami-Dade Transit, Token Transit, Citymapper, Transit, Moovit, SoFloGo facilitate fare payments and pass management with ease. Furthermore, new applications for the Golden Passport EASY Card can be submitted via the DTPW's Golden Passport online page, and lost items can be reported at Lost and Found, as per the county's announcement.
