A fatal crash on Wednesday night has left a community mourning the sudden loss of 29-year-old Samatha Brady. Official reports from Nashville Metro Police confirm that Brady was behind the wheel of a Nissan Altima traveling south on Clarksville Pike when she tragically struck a traffic light pole head-on at the intersection of Ed Temple Boulevard.
According to the preliminary investigation, Brady’s vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed and appeared to misjudge a turn before the collision. She was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center but succumbed to her injuries. Authorities noted no signs of impairment at the scene.
