The Oceanside Police Department has issued a call for assistance in locating a suspect connected to a violent Christmas Day altercation. Based on a recent social media post by the police department, Luis Lozano is wanted for allegedly stabbing three adult males at a residence that belongs to his ex-girlfriend's family. The suspects fled before law enforcement arrived on the scene. A statement on OPD's Facebook page provided details about the incident and described it as an attempted murder, noting that all three victims survived the attack.
The department's public appeal includes a description of the suspect: Luis Lozano, a 36-year-old Hispanic male, approximately 6 feet tall, and weighing about 230 pounds, with distinctive tattoos on his face, head, neck, and arms.
