Pompano Beach is planning a new community center in its downtown area. RP Pompano, LLC, in partnership with the City of Pompano Beach and the Pompano Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to hire an architect for the project.
According to the City of Pompano Beach website, Roca Point Partners, the Master Developer, seeks an architect who will participate in community outreach to gather input from residents, stakeholders, and potential users. The center’s exact location has not yet been determined and will be decided with community input.
The project aims to reflect the needs of the community. Officials encourage public participation to help guide the design.
