Described as a White male, with dark blond hair and blue eyes, Sparks stands at 5'11", weighs approximately 185 pounds, and has been known to use "Cody Sands" as an alias.
Details regarding his last known appearance include being dressed in a black hoodie and khaki shorts. The police have elevated Sparks' case to that of an at-risk individual, amplifying the urgency for public attention and cooperation.
