She was last seen around noon near Sheridan Court and Vista Linda Drive, at the back of the Mill Valley Golf Course, leaving on foot in a blue parka and a pink hat. Gilbert is described as a white woman, about 5 feet 4 inches tall, and she has mobility issues.

Officers and volunteers, including Marin County Search and Rescue, have been combing the wooded corridors near the golf course and surrounding neighborhoods. Police have specifically asked residents near Sheridan Court and Vista Linda Drive to search their properties. Anyone who believes they have seen Gilbert or captured relevant footage is urged to call the Mill Valley Police Department at (415) 389-4170, according to SFGATE.
Course Terrain And Where To Look
The Mill Valley Golf Course is a nine-hole municipal layout tucked into Warner Canyon, with narrow fairways, creeks and redwood-lined gullies that can make searching on foot slow and difficult. The course lists its location as 280 Buena Vista Ave., Mill Valley, per the Mill Valley Golf Course.

Police distributed a photo of Gilbert through Bay City News Service and stressed that even small tips could help move the investigation forward.
