Sevierville’s Public Works Department is preparing for winter weather this weekend, with equipment and materials ready to keep roads clear and safe. Crews will begin pretreatment of the roads on Saturday and switch to plowing as necessary, as reported by the Sevierville Police Department.
The forecast predicts snowstorms from tomorrow through Monday morning, prompting city officials to stay vigilant. The Sevierville Police Department said, "Should adverse winter weather conditions become imminent, crews will pretreat roadways and transition to active treatment and plowing as needed."
