The incident unfolded around 10:30 p.m. at the Spanish Crest Apartments on Utopia Lane near Interstate 37. According to San Antonio police, an adult man and woman were hit during a confrontation with another man, who took off before officers arrived. Both victims were taken to a hospital and are expected to recover.

The gunfire broke out around 10:30 p.m. in the 400 block of Utopia Lane, near Pecan Valley Drive and Interstate 37, according to San Antonio police. As reported by KSAT, officers said the alleged shooter had already fled by the time they got there. The station reported that the man and woman were shot during an argument inside their apartment, then taken to a hospital with leg wounds.
Victims' Condition
Both victims, an adult man and woman, suffered gunshot wounds to their legs and were hospitalized, News 4 San Antonio reported. The outlet noted that authorities expect both to be okay. Investigators processed the scene, and as of the initial reports, no arrests had been announced.
