Dispatch records show several officers were sent to the intersection at 10:58 p.m., according to KATU. Fire-scanner traffic on Broadcastify captured multiple callers reporting that at least two people had been shot inside a room at the Horseshoe Inn Motel. KATU also reported its newsroom had reached out to Portland Police for comment and had not received a response as of early Friday morning.

The Horseshoe Inn Motel lists its address as 11324 NE Sandy Blvd, according to the motel’s website. That Sandy Boulevard property became the center of the late-night emergency response as officers and medical crews worked the scene.
