A man was rushed to the hospital yesterday afternoon after Cincinnati police found him with a gunshot wound along Kings Run Drive in Winton Hills. Officials said his injuries were not believed to be life-threatening, as officers searched the surrounding area for the shooter.
Suspect Description And Search
Officers were called to the scene at about 3:40 p.m. Wednesday and located the injured man, according to police. Authorities described the suspect as a male of average height and weight who was dressed in all black and last seen running down Kings Run Drive. The incident appeared to be isolated and did not pose a broader threat to the community, according to WKRC.
Winton Hills has seen several shootings in recent months. For example, WLWT reported a Jan. 2 triple shooting on the 400 block of Kings Run Drive that sent multiple people to the hospital.
