In the middle of the day on a busy southeast Denver corridor, police say a man robbed someone along the 7100 block of Leetsdale Drive and then took off, leaving detectives now turning to the public for help.
According to the Denver Police Department, the robbery happened on Friday at about 12:40 p.m. and is being investigated under case number 26-69853.
Police Release Suspect Description
Detectives are looking for a white man believed to be roughly 25 to 30 years old. He is described as about 5-foot-7 to 5-foot-9 with a medium build and was seen carrying a maroon Adidas backpack.
Investigators say anyone who recognizes the man or that distinctive backpack should reach out and reference case 26-69853.
