Lehi police say a midweek raid on a suspected stash house turned up a warehouse-style haul of packaged THC products, concentrated cannabis, and cash. Working a multi-agency case, officers served a search warrant on Wednesday and seized roughly 25 pounds of raw marijuana, about 74 pounds of THC dab and wax, around 3,100 THC edible packages, a large number of individually packaged THC vape devices, and more than $12,000 in suspected drug proceeds.

Investigation Began After Tip

According to the Lehi City Police Department, the case started when a Utah County Major Crimes Task Force detective received an anonymous tip that a man in Eagle Mountain was selling marijuana, THC dab and wax, THC vapes, and psilocybin mushrooms. Investigators obtained search warrants for the suspect, his vehicle, and a stash house in Lehi, then served those warrants on Wednesday as part of a coordinated operation. Police reported that the suspect had allegedly been moving illegal narcotics across both Salt Lake and Utah counties.

Task Force Role And Local Reach

The Utah County Major Crimes Task Force is a multi-agency unit that targets mid to high-level drug trafficking and helps coordinate search warrants, surveillance, and evidence collection across different jurisdictions. The task force model lets county detectives team up with city officers on more complex cases, which can make it easier to pull off large-scale raids and seize significant amounts of contraband in one shot.

What Officers Seized

Lehi police reported recovering approximately 25 pounds of raw marijuana, about 74 pounds of THC dab and wax, roughly 3,100 packaged THC edibles, and a large quantity of individually packaged THC vape devices. Officers also collected more than $12,000 in cash that investigators believe came from drug sales.

The department estimated the street value of the dab and wax at between $74,000 and $111,000, the edibles at about $46,500, the vape devices between $18,800 and $26,900, and the raw marijuana at between $25,000 and $37,500, according to the Lehi City Police Department.

Why The Haul Matters

Public health officials have repeatedly warned that unregulated edibles and vape cartridges can be especially risky, in part because they often look like regular candy or snacks and can contain very high THC concentrations. National data from poison control systems have documented sharp increases in cannabis related exposure calls in recent years, and federal health agencies urge people to store these products securely and to seek medical help right away if a child ingests an edible, according to SAMHSA.

Lehi police say the investigation is still active and did not list any arrests in their initial post. Anyone with information is asked to contact investigators through the Utah County Major Crimes Task Force.
