In a Facebook post Monday night, the Lewisburg Police Department identified Greer as the suspect and said he is wanted on charges of aggravated assault and “possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony,” according to the Lewisburg Police Department. The department did not release additional details about the alleged incident in that post.

The department’s alert describes Greer as a 23-year-old Black male, about 6 feet tall and 185 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. The notice also carries a clear warning: “Do not approach; subject may be armed,” language taken directly from the department’s Facebook post, according to Lewisburg Police Department.
