The property covers roughly 2.28 acres and includes a 25,473-square-foot building plus a sizable surface parking lot. Interra Realty reported the site was sold in 2024 and noted about 125 parking spaces on the parcel. Marketing materials list Trader Joe's as the anchor tenant and show additional retail space still available for other users, according to LoopNet.

Listing agent Dino Geroulis of Axis Realty has confirmed that Trader Joe's is moving into the Milwaukee Avenue building, and La Spata said the lease for the store has been fully executed. A Trader Joe's spokesperson also told local media the company plans to open a Logan Square location in the coming years, although an exact opening date has not been set.
