Preciball USA has announced plans to invest $17.6 million in a new production facility in Screven County, Georgia. The project is expected to create 65 new jobs over the coming years, according to an official statement from the Office of the Governor.
The new facility will support Preciball USA’s manufacturing operations, complementing its existing distribution activities and expanding domestic production. Preciball USA produces precision and industrial balls used in applications such as bearings, pumps, and valves across multiple industries.
Hiring for the facility is expected to begin in 2027, with positions ranging from management to production roles.
State and local officials, including the Screven County Development Authority, supported the project. The development was assisted by state-led initiatives such as the Rural Site Development Initiative, as well as partnerships with the Georgia Ports Authority and Georgia Power.
The facility will be located at the Screven County Industrial Park, a GRAD-certified site designed to support industrial development.
Preciball USA is part of the Precision Ball Group, affiliated with Belgium-based Peltzer & Fils Group, which traces its origins to the 18th century.
