Chicago police say the woman was discovered unresponsive around 3:15 p.m. and was taken to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, where she was later pronounced dead, according to FOX 32 Chicago. Vehicle and Scene Details
Dispatch records show the vehicle, a black Nissan Pathfinder that had been reported stolen, was located in the 3200 block of North Damen Avenue. A caller reported finding their stolen car with a woman in the back seat, CWBChicago reports. Responding Chicago Police and Fire Department crews performed CPR at the scene before she was transported to the hospital. According to CWBChicago, the Cook County medical examiner has scheduled an autopsy.
