Per the restaurant's website, Eggspectation San Antonio is at 402 N Loop 1604 W and lists hours of 7 a.m.–10 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 7 a.m.–6 p.m. on Sunday. The page also shows a local phone number and links for online ordering and reservations.

As reported by San Antonio Express-News, the Stone Oak Instagram caption read, "After nearly 9.5 incredible, sunny-side-up years serving the San Antonio community, Eggspectation Stone Oak will close its doors." The post thanked staff and patrons and urged customers to "Come see us one last time for your favorites, a final bottomless brunch, or just to say goodbye with a big group hug. Let’s send this chapter off with extra hollandaise and even more good vibes!"
From Montreal to Stone Oak
The Eggspectation brand traces back to Montreal in the early 1990s, and its Stone Oak outpost opened in 2016, according to CultureMap San Antonio. Eggspectation's site describes the concept as an all-day breakfast operation with a menu stacked with Benedicts, pancakes and other brunch staples.

Stone Oak has seen other recent brunch and bar departures, and, as reported by Mimosa Gossip closed Jan. 29, the neighborhood's weekend dining scene has had some turnover lately. For regulars, Eggspectation's exit will remove one of the area's fuller-service brunch options.
