Boca Cravings LLC has filed permit applications with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation to open a Beignets & Brew at the Polo Shoppes center, 5050 Champion Boulevard, according to WhatNow. State corporate records show Boca Cravings LLC was formed in May 2025 and list Beignets & Brew Franchise Company LLC among its managers, per the Florida Division of Corporations. The public filings reviewed so far do not include a target opening date.

Beignets & Brew lists Boca Raton as a "coming soon" market on its Beignets & Brew page, and the Polo Shoppes center at 5050 Champion Boulevard already hosts a mix of retailers and food tenants. The company’s Beignets & Brew menu features New Orleans-style beignets made to order, sold by the dozen or in a four-piece portion, plus 24-piece mini beignet "bites." In-house dipping sauces include buttercream, blueberry and chocolate. Part of a broader expansion
