The incident, which unfolded around 5:40 p.m. yesterday, was first noted when the individual, who was partaking in enviro-stewardship along East Beach Road, stumbled upon the illicit bundle, the Monroe County Sheriff's Office reported.
The package, which bore the enigmatic digits "332," seemed out of place amid the natural foliage of the park's delicate ecosystem. Officials, alerted by the concerned citizen, swiftly arrived to confiscate the package, as reported by NBC Miami.
