The family-run operation celebrated its grand opening on Nov. 22 and is now serving from the market at 25383 Bulverde Road, according to Community Impact.
As reported by Community Impact, the truck’s menu leans into mini tacos, quesabirria and queso tacos, with horchata, tea and lemonade on the drinks side. The business started as an at-home tamale-baking operation, and the outlet notes that followers can watch the truck’s Facebook page for updates.
