The University of Cincinnati's Carl H. Lindner College of Business is set to become the epicenter of tech research this spring, according to a recent announcement. The 21st annual Big XII + MIS Research Symposium, an influential gathering for the minds traversing the terrains of information systems and business analytics, will take place from April 17-19. Participants, including faculty and Ph.D. students, will have the opportunity to present and discuss their research on a variety of topics, ranging from management issues and the evolving functions of artificial intelligence to the intricacies of data analytics and the intersections of technical work and interdisciplinary theories.
As stated by the University of Cincinnati, "The Big XII + MIS Research Symposium has provided over 20 years of leadership in information systems research." Serving as both a forum for academic discourse and a seedbed for technological innovation, this symposium has historically fostered advancements in technology management and data analytics systems. In the warm embrace of the Lindner College of Business, attendees will share knowledge and, as suggested by Andrew Harrison, PhD, associate dean and associate professor, will also soak in all the "great things Cincinnati has to offer."
The upcoming event promises a rich program that includes a keynote address, industry roundtable, and editor panel, details of which are expected to be released soon. The event is already generating buzz among academia and industry professionals for providing a much-anticipated platform for scholarly engagement in one of the most vivacious fields of our time.
