The City of West Palm Beach is giving small businesses a leg up with the launch of its Brand Lift Series 2026, a free workshop aimed at providing savvy marketing strategies that won't break the bank. The collaborative effort, involving the City's Office of Small Business Programs, local brand strategist Brittani Millington of Studio 113, and InclusiFi, targets entrepreneurs who battle to reach a growing audience while keeping a tight hold on their purse strings.

According to an announcement posted on the City of West Palm Beach's official website, the program zeros in on practical tools such as AI innovations and Canva to boost their marketing efforts. Geared towards a range of small businesses, from the well-rooted stores in downtown to the up-and-coming entrepreneurs in neighborhoods like Northwood and the Northwest Neighborhood, the workshops are tailored to increase their local and visitor customer base.

The Brand Lift Series is split into two sessions – spring and fall, to cater to the diverse schedules of small business owners. Registrations are currently open for the upcoming spring sessions, but there are a limited number of slots available. They are scheduled for April 28, April 30, and May 7, between 6 – 8 p.m. at the InclusiFi location on Columbia Drive.

Key topics shall include leveraging AI tools for business efficiency, creating marketing materials in Canva, and mastering the essentials of sale campaign, such as email marketing and automation. Attendees can expect to walk away with actionable insights, but they're expected to commit to all the sessions to get the full benefit of the series. Details from the spring session topics were announced on the West Palm Beach website.

Millington, the founder of Studio 113, is no stranger to helping businesses flourish, having lent her expertise to big names like Squarespace and the City of West Palm Beach itself. Her decade-plus experience puts her in an ideal position to lead the series, aiding local small businesses in boosting their brand's presence and efficacy.
