New York import Patrizia’s is steering its Neapolitan classics straight to the Intracoastal, with a waterfront outpost planned for 1975 S. Ocean Drive in Hallandale Beach and a targeted opening in spring 2026. The spot is set to serve the brand’s familiar lineup of pizzas, pastas and family-style Italian-American platters with a side of water views.
Where It's Headed
The company’s own site now lists a Hallandale location at 1975 S. Ocean Drive, stamped “Coming Soon” as the future home of the new restaurant, according to Patrizia's. The listing signals that the group has officially folded the Hallandale address into its growing roster as it gears up for service.
The Space And The Corporate Vehicle
State business records show PATRIZIAS HALLANDALE LLC registered as an active entity, likely the corporate umbrella for the upcoming Intracoastal location, per the Florida Division of Corporations. The 1975 S. Ocean Drive address itself is no stranger to shoreline dining; directories now list former tenant Juniper On The Water as permanently closed, according to MapQuest.
Permits And Progress
Local coverage notes that Patrizia’s Hallandale, LLC has filed permit applications with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, and owner Emersom Insfran told the outlet that construction is in its final stretch. What Now Miami reports the Hallandale restaurant will be the group’s 18th location and teases early menu headliners such as Nonna’s Wagyu meatballs, fettuccini Alfredo finished in a parmesan wheel and spicy rigatoni vodka.
Menu And The Brand's Roots
The Patrizia story traces back to brothers Giacomo and Gennaro Alaio, who opened the original Bronx restaurant in 1991. The family still runs the company and leans into traditional, shareable Italian cooking, according to Patrizia's. The new Hallandale waterfront build is part of the group’s continued push into South Florida, joining other nearby Patrizia locations and a crowded field of Italian spots along Broward’s dining corridor.
For Hallandale locals, the plan is to have a fresh riverside dining option in place by spring 2026. The company says it will share a firm opening date and reservation details once everything is locked in. We will be watching public filings and the restaurant’s channels for the official green light.
