
Yesterday, in San Francisco’s South of Market neighborhood, it turned grim when a person was found stabbed to death inside an apartment building at 988 Howard Street. Emergency crews responded, and the multi-unit building was sealed off as investigators moved in. Authorities have not yet released the victim’s name.
Officials on Scene
San Francisco Fire Department units were called to the address just before 2:10 PM and found the victim dead inside the building, according to KTVU. The department said the death was declared a homicide, and San Francisco police were on scene handling the investigation.
Yesterday, the San Francisco Police Department had not released information about any suspects or a possible motive. Officers remained at the scene as investigators canvassed the area for witnesses and evidence.
