The Juneau County Sheriff's Office has described Chesney’s escape as a "full-on prison break," and a drone operator reportedly captured video of him "looking very much like he’s on his own little adventure." According to NBC Chicago, Chesney was previously photographed sporting a denim print diaper, though officials say he may not still be wearing it. Authorities have warned residents not to try to capture him on their own.
