A man in his 60s was left fighting for his life after a stabbing near downtown Nashville late Saturday. Police said he was rushed to a nearby hospital in critical but stable condition after the attack at the intersection of Korean Veterans Boulevard and Rep. John Lewis Way. Officers responded just before 9 p.m., finding multiple witnesses at the scene and a suspect who, according to authorities, appeared to know the victim.
Police Say Suspect Is in Custody
Officers at the scene told WSMV4 that the man suffered stab wounds to his torso and neck and was stabilized before being taken to the hospital. The Metro Nashville Police Department told the outlet that detectives are investigating the case and have not released any additional information.
