Tenderloin Trend
This latest incident lands in the middle of a rough stretch for the Tenderloin. On Feb. 11, a man was shot and killed in another Turk Street attack near the same intersection, as reported by the San Francisco Chronicle. In recent weeks, Hoodline coverage has also highlighted multiple nonfatal shootings and stabbings in the neighborhood.
Police say the investigation into Saturday’s shooting remains active and again urged anyone with information to reach out to the SFPD tip line at 415-575-4444. This story will be updated as officials release more details.
