An alert from authorities described the suspect as an African American man wearing a black Aeropostale sweater, black pants, and black-and-white gym shoes, according to Shore News Network. The notice stated the assault happened on the stairwell to a CTA platform in the city's 1st (Central) District and that detectives were canvassing nearby businesses and security cameras for any helpful footage.
