PMG has started sales for One Twenty Brickell Signature Residences, the next phase of its One Twenty Brickell development in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood. The developer is rolling out a 40-story tower of fully finished, furnished condos, each paired with a deeded office suite, pitched as a ready-made live/work setup for end users and pied-à-terre buyers who want everything under one roof.
Signature Tower Details
According to the marketing site for One Twenty Brickell Signature Residences, the tower is planned to rise 40 stories and include 467 fully finished and furnished residences, each with a private, deeded office suite and access to a Signature Owners’ Club. The Real Deal reports the building will feature roughly 50,000 square feet of amenities, including a residents’ lounge, fitness center, spa facilities, pool, and a café and juice bar, with Sieger Suarez Architects and Cotofana Designs on the design team. PMG is positioning the Signature tower as a design-forward evolution of its initial One Twenty offering on the same site.
PMG's Brickell strategy
The Signature phase follows PMG’s earlier sales performance at the One Twenty site and slots into a broader wave of Miami launches. PMG announced the sellout of its first One Twenty Brickell tower last year in a release carried by PROFILEmiami, and JLL Capital Markets arranged a $413 million construction loan in April 2025 for the overall two-tower One Twenty development. As the company leans into its Miami pipeline, Property Markets Group lists Ryan Shear, Dan Kaplan and Kevin Maloney as managing partners guiding the strategy.
Deeded offices and the live/work pitch
Every condo in the Signature tower is being sold with a deeded office suite in the building, a setup PMG says lets owners draw a line between home and work while keeping both addresses in the same tower. The Real Deal notes that the office suites will be distributed across several floors, continuing the live/work layout that PMG used in the first One Twenty building. Brokers say the structure is aimed at buyers who want a legal, private workspace without committing to a separate Class A office lease elsewhere in the city.
Where this lands in Brickell
Brickell’s skyline has been on a steady growth streak, with lenders, developers and brokers pushing new projects even as some other South Florida submarkets pull back or reshuffle. Bisnow and other outlets have tracked the neighborhood’s active development pipeline and noted that mixed condo-and-rental projects like One Twenty have helped secure institutional financing. For buyers and agents watching Brickell’s next wave, the Signature launch lands as another attempt to package luxury living, workspace and amenities in a single address.
Sales and where to learn more
PMG says sales are now open, with inquiries handled directly through the project’s official online portal. The sales information, floor plans and presale inquiry form are available on the One Twenty Brickell Signature Residences website for buyers and brokers who want additional details.
