According to WLWT, the Cincinnati Police Department believes Douthit was involved in a Saturday attack in which she allegedly struck a man with a rock. Officers say the victim suffered visible injuries. Detectives have pushed out her photo through Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Crime Stoppers in hopes someone will recognize her and call it in.

The Cincinnati Police Department's East Price Hill report shows Part 1 violent offenses climbed to 14 in the most recent 28-day stretch, up from 6 in the previous period, a 133% increase covering late March through mid-April. The CPD report, updated April 20, lists multiple assaults and property crimes across the neighborhood and reflects why residents have been voicing concern. Police analysts have cautioned that short-term jumps can come from a cluster of incidents rather than a long-term pattern.
Suspect's background and last known location
Investigators told WLWT that Douthit has prior arrests for drug-related offenses, assault and resisting arrest, and that she was last known to live in the East Price Hill area. Police did not immediately release more identifying information or indicate whether any arrests have been made in the case. Detectives urged anyone who thinks they see her to contact authorities and not try to confront her.
