Officers were called to the scene around 9:30 p.m. after 911 callers reported shots at the Homestead Pavilion at 2400 NE 10th Court, Miami Herald reported. Police identified the suspect as Samantha Renee Morales, 34, and arrested her at the scene. She faces two counts of aggravated battery with a firearm, three counts of aggravated assault with a firearm, two weapons counts and a charge of using a firearm while impaired by alcohol. Authorities told the Herald that Morales gave a "self-serving statement" before she was taken to the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.
