According to Local 12, Beck allegedly grabbed the firearm from a female guard’s holster while at the City of Cincinnati Youth Services site on Stock Avenue. The Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office told the outlet that the gun belonged to the guard and was briefly out of her control before she recovered it.
