A brief confrontation on a Suisun City street ended in gunfire yesterday, leaving two people dead and police still searching for whoever pulled the trigger.
Police Say Victims Argued With Shooter Before Gunfire
Officers were called to the 1100 block of School Street on reports of shots fired, according to ABC10. When they arrived, they found a man who was pronounced dead at the scene and a woman who was rushed to a hospital, where she later died from her injuries.
Police said a preliminary investigation suggests the man and woman were involved in a brief verbal dispute with the suspected shooter just before the gunfire erupted. No suspect has been identified, there have been no arrests at the time of reporting, and the investigation remains active.
