The eight-floor hotel joins the early roster of Hilton’s Outset Collection, a lifestyle line built around independent, locally rooted stays.
Local outlets and industry trades back up the debut. As reported by KPBS, The Margot is now welcoming guests in the heart of the Gaslamp, while trade coverage notes that the property opened as one of Outset’s first U.S. hotels. The Margot features 135 residential-style suites, each with a fully equipped kitchen, open floor plan and floor-to-ceiling windows aimed at pulling those downtown views straight into the room. The hotel lists an eighth-floor terrace with a fire pit, a fitness center, EV charging and pet-friendly rooms, plus a daily mandatory destination charge that includes premium internet and a modest food-and-beverage credit.
