A 72-year-old San Bruno massage therapist who worked out of Millbrae and San Carlos is in custody after a month-long San Mateo County investigation into alleged sexual batteries involving multiple clients. Deputies identified the suspect as Enli Feng and say more people came forward as the case widened.
Feng was arrested last Friday and booked into the Maguire Correctional Facility on charges of sexual battery by fraud, sexual battery and theft by a caretaker from an elder adult, according to KRON4. Investigators say Feng had been offering massage sessions at locations on the Peninsula and that detectives are now working to identify any additional alleged victims.
Deputies Describe a Three-Month, Multi-Victim Case
The San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office said the investigation spanned three months and uncovered multiple victims as it unfolded, according to KRON4. Deputies reported that the case began with a February complaint alleging a sexual battery at a San Carlos business in the 1100 block of El Camino Real, which prompted detectives to broaden their probe.
Recent Peninsula Cases Add to Concern
The arrest lands amid other recent investigations into alleged sexual misconduct at massage businesses around the Peninsula. In one case earlier this year, a Hayward man was arrested in January 2025 after a woman reported being sexually assaulted during a massage in Millbrae, as reported by the San Francisco Chronicle.
