Roughly a dozen shots were fired, but in a stroke of luck, no one was hit, and deputies arrested the suspect at the scene.

When deputies arrived around 9:46 p.m., the office said they were met with gunfire from a second-floor room, where an estimated 12 to 15 rounds were fired before the man was taken into custody. Deputies identified the suspect as Seth Foresman. He was booked on charges that include improper discharge of a weapon, inducing panic, and weapons while intoxicated, according to WKRC Local 12. Officials said the arrest took place at the scene and confirmed that no deputies were injured. Authorities have not released information about Foresman’s condition or any potential motive behind the gunfire.
