Cincinnati police are asking West Side residents to help track down two people who allegedly swiped a diabetic medical device and a cell phone from a visitor at Nova Adventure Park on Saturday, April 25. Detectives released surveillance stills this week as they work to identify the pair, who investigators say left the popular attraction with the victim’s property.
Police release images, ask for tips
In a post on X, the Cincinnati Police Department shared still images of the suspects and said the theft happened inside the park. The department is asking anyone who recognizes the individuals to contact Det. Newman at 513-263-8327, and also listed Crime Stoppers as an option for anonymous tips.

Where it happened
The theft was reported at Nova Adventure Park, a large indoor trampoline-and-play venue at 5100 Glencrossing Way that hosts open-jump sessions and parties, according to the park’s website. Nova Trampoline Park lists the Glencrossing Way address, and local coverage from WLWT described the attraction when it opened.
Why the stolen device matters
Police said the stolen items included a diabetic medical device, equipment that many patients use to monitor blood sugar continuously.
