Creative Artists Agency has officially traded its longtime downtown digs for a new perch at Nashville Yards, taking over anchor-tenant status and locking in its name on the side of the creative office building. The move pulls CAA’s Nashville teams into one amenity-heavy headquarters on Church Street, with the office set to open in July.

According to a press release from Nashville Yards' developer Southwest Value Partners, CAA is taking nearly 75,000 square feet across two floors at 955 Church Street and will receive exterior crown signage as the anchor tenant. The release describes the 11-story, Class A+ tower as a hub for music, live events, and related businesses, complete with large floorplates, private terraces, and multiple levels of curated retail and dining. Nashville Yards also notes that the relocation brings CAA closer to the city’s live-music corridor.

Inside The New CAA Office

Fast Company reports that the space, designed by CannonDesign, is organized around a mix of programmatic rooms that range from a listening lounge and game and sports bar to wellness rooms, two speakeasies, and employee dressing rooms, all intended to serve staff and visiting clients. The outlet notes that the build-out was shaped through employee focus groups and that the office spans roughly 75,000 square feet across two floors, with interiors meant to echo Nashville’s music and sports culture.

A Growing Entertainment Cluster

CAA will not be alone in the building for long. L-Acoustics has already opened an Americas regional headquarters inside the creative office building this year, and Ampersand Studios has secured space on the fifth floor for a creative coworking and production studio. Both L-Acoustics and Ampersand Studios say their moves signal that the tower is evolving into a daily collision point for touring, production, streaming, and ticketing businesses.

"CAA is a powerful brand in the global entertainment industry," Southwest Value Partners' Cary Mack wrote in the developer release, adding that the agency’s presence will help position Nashville Yards as an epicenter for the business side of Music City. The agency’s new HQ consolidates teams that oversee music touring, brand partnerships, sports, and related divisions, replacing offices less than a mile away near the Ryman.

CAA first announced its intention to relocate to Nashville Yards in late 2023, when industry outlets reported that the agency had signed on to anchor the creative office building. That plan is now physically realized. Pollstar covered the original agreement, and the arrival of CAA alongside its new neighbors underscores Nashville Yards' strategy to cluster the city’s commercial music and live-event operations inside one downtown district.
