What police say
According to WGNO, Seventh District officers were called out Saturday on a report of a shooting and arrived to find the victim on the 7800 block of Sand Street. Emergency personnel pronounced him dead at the scene.
WGNO reported that investigators were combing through the block for evidence, but no further details, including possible suspects or a motive, had been released.
