Opening-day hours run from 5:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., and the shop’s regular schedule is listed as Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m., according to Elk Grove Citizen. The small footprint, 27-seat layout and centerpiece mural are being positioned as part of Philz’s neighborhood-focused design approach rather than a cookie-cutter chain buildout.
Customers will be able to order at the counter or ahead of time through the Philz app, and they can also sign up for Philz Rewards.
