According to FOX13 Memphis, officers with the Memphis Police Department responded around 4:51 p.m. to reports of gunfire on I-240 near Lamar. When they arrived, they found a vehicle that had been involved in a crash. One person had been shot and was taken to the hospital in non-critical condition, and a second person with minor crash-related injuries was also hospitalized, the station reported.
