A late-night fight outside Croke Park on West Broadway in South Boston turned into a stabbing early Sunday, and Boston police are now asking the neighborhood to help them track down a shirtless suspect seen fleeing the scene.
Officers were called to the area around 2:43 a.m. for a report of a fight and arrived to find a man suffering from multiple stab wounds, according to Boston.com. The victim was taken to a local hospital, where his injuries were treated and described as not life-threatening. Witnesses told investigators that several people took off on foot toward C Street after the stabbing.

Detectives have released a photo of a man they say was involved in the incident and are asking for the public’s help identifying him. The suspect is described as shirtless with dark hair and brown facial hair, wearing jeans and black Nike sneakers, as reported by the Boston Herald. Anyone who recognizes the man is urged to call District detectives at 617-343-4742 or submit an anonymous tip to CrimeStoppers. Police have not announced any arrests, and the investigation is ongoing.
