The affidavit alleges he tried to pull off the woman’s shorts even after she said “no” multiple times, and detectives say neighbor security-camera footage appears to back up her timeline. Apartment management told investigators that Damnan “left unexpectedly” and even left personal belongings behind, according to the report.
