Dolphin Mall is turning the end of July into a full-on retail refresh, with new names arriving across beauty, fashion, dining, sports and entertainment. The Sweetwater shopping center is also betting that shoppers will stick around longer when the shopping list comes with pickleball courts, tropical cocktails and a remodeled IMAX theater.
The mall has added eight new arrivals, according to Local 10. The lineup includes Sephora, LandShark Bar & Grill by Margaritaville, Eko Padel & Pickle, JD Sports, Miniso, Luli Fama, Primark and the renovated CMX Cinemas Dolphin 19 & IMAX, while Fabletics and Pop Mart are still on deck.
Beauty, Fashion And Collectibles Take Over More Mall Space
Sephora's official Dolphin Mall listing shows a full beauty store with in-store pickup, makeup services and scheduled brand events. Primark's corporate newsroom says its Dolphin Mall debut came on December 16, 2025, marking the value-fashion retailer's entry into the Miami market and adding another major draw to the center's retail mix.
That combination gives Dolphin Mall a little bit of everything: beauty browsing, athletic apparel, inexpensive gifts, swimwear and fast-fashion treasure hunting. In other words, it is becoming increasingly difficult to make the classic “just looking” excuse and leave with empty hands.
More Reasons To Stay Past The Shopping List
LandShark Bar & Grill by Margaritaville brings a sit-down restaurant and nightlife option to the property. Simon Property Group describes the venue as serving burgers, seafood, tropical cocktails and LandShark Lager, with live music scheduled for Friday through Sunday nights.
Eko Padel & Pickle is taking over space with indoor courts, lessons, a cafe and private-event areas, according to the company’s website. Local 10 reports that the venue is the brand’s first U.S. location, with prices starting at $30 per person for one hour.
The entertainment side is getting an upgrade, too. CMX Cinemas says its remodeled Dolphin 19 & IMAX features 19 auditoriums, reserved seating, IMAX Laser, D-BOX, RealD 3D and the chain’s Xtreme premium format.
Two More Openings Are Still In The Pipeline
Fabletics is expected to open in August, while Pop Mart is slated to arrive later this year, according to the mall’s announcement reported by Local 10. Dolphin Mall’s official profile describes the property as Miami-Dade County’s largest outlet and entertainment destination, with more than 240 stores, restaurants and nightlife venues.
The broader strategy is clear: keep the mall from being just a place to shop, and turn it into a place to spend an entire afternoon—or evening. With two more recognizable brands still coming, Dolphin Mall’s newest expansion wave is not finished yet.
