As the Tales of the Cocktail Foundation reported, ViceVersa took home the Best U.S. Hotel Bar trophy at the 2026 Spirited Awards, chosen by a panel of more than 250 industry experts. The foundation's announcement runs through winners in U.S., international and global categories and notes that this year's picks were tied to the conference theme, "Spark," highlighting bars that are seen as igniting new ideas in the industry.
Bartender Valentino Longo, born and raised in Rome, is widely credited with shaping ViceVersa's Italian-forward drinks program, which leans hard on amari, vermouths and aperitivo-style cocktails. As Time Out notes, standout pours include a large-format seasonal Negroni punch and an Affogato Martini finished with house-made pistachio ice cream, all backed up by a food menu created in collaboration with the team behind Sunny's.
