A 53-year-old man has died after being run over while lying in the parking lot of a Fallbrook special-needs facility, according to authorities. First responders found him with head and arm injuries and rushed him to Palomar Medical Center, where he later died. The victim has been identified as Ryan Radabaugh.
Investigators with the California Highway Patrol said a white Honda Odyssey, driven by a 23-year-old man, rolled over Radabaugh at about 5 to 6 mph. The driver told officers he did not see Radabaugh lying in the lot. Radabaugh was an attendee at Stepping Stone Resources. Records reviewed in reporting show that state investigators previously looked into a July 2025 allegation that staff did not provide adequate supervision at the facility, an allegation an evaluator later ruled unsubstantiated. No criminal charges have been filed in connection with the incident, and the outlet reported it contacted the facility's administrator, Elijah Munox, but did not receive a response in time for publication, as reported by NBC San Diego.
