Shortly before midnight on Saturday, a 48-year-old woman was struck in the face and robbed inside a Wicker Park business after four men walked into the storefront, police said. One of the men displayed a handgun, and the group took the woman's belongings before running off. She was taken to a nearby hospital and later released in good condition.

According to Chicago police, the four men entered a business in the 1700 block of West North Avenue at about 11:45 p.m. One of them pulled out a gun, then the woman was hit in the face and her possessions were taken, WGN‑TV reported. No other injuries were reported, and area detectives have opened an investigation.
